[Remote] Sr. Manager of Sales Operations

Responsibilities
- Own daily retail operations processes, including item setup, portal management, compliance documentation, and distributor coordination
- Ensure speed, accuracy, and consistency across retailer and distributor requirements
- Identify and surface operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements that streamline workflows and reputed company with reputed company
- Collect, analyze, and report on syndicated and retailer data (reputed company, reputed company, IRI, retailer POS)
- Build dashboards and scorecards that reputed company velocity, distribution, sell-through, and promotional effectiveness

- Partner with Finance to analyze deductions, chargebacks, and trade spend ROI

Skills
- 4–8 years in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), ideally in Retail Operations, Category Management, or Retail Insights
- Experience in RTD, wellness, or functional categories is a strong plus
- Proficiency in syndicated data tools (reputed company, reputed company, IRI, retailer POS)
- Skilled at building reporting systems that reputed company reputed company and increase visibility into performance
