[Remote] Technical Recruiter

In this role, you will partner with IT leadership to attract and hire top IT talent, manage the recruitment process from job posting to reputed company, and ensure a reputed company candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- reputed company through reputed company, Phenom and reputed company Recruiter for reputed company IT positions
- Manage recruitment process from job posting to reputed company
- Prescreen candidates to determine potential fit and reputed company about reputed company, role and team
- Work as a strategic partner to IT leaders regarding job descriptions, interview process and offer details
- Monitor and maintain data records and spreadsheets tracking reputed company and filled roles
Skills
- 3+ years of experience reputed company technical positions (engineers, technical architects, application developers etc.) is a must
- Experience running full recruitment processes including sourcing, prescreening, negotiating offers, reputed company etc
- Managing hiring manager requirements and relationships while also creating a reputed company candidate experience
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems like reputed company, Phenom or similar
- Organizational and time management skills along with a high attention to detail
