[Remote] Account Manager (Customer Service Representative)

They are seeking an Account Manager (Customer Service Representative) to manage relationships with business partners, resolve issues, and ensure accurate reporting and reputed company functions.
Responsibilities
- Manage existing relationships and daily transactions with critical business partners
- Service assigned accounts quickly and reputed company while providing high-reputed company customer experience and support
- Work to professionally resolve/deescalate issues for assigned accounts, bringing any critical issues to the reputed company points of escalation
