They are seeking a Customer Operations Engineering reputed company to join their Satellite Operations Team, responsible for managing customer data requests and ensuring efficient data collection and delivery across missions.
Responsibilities

- 7+ years of experience in a customer facing technical role such as technical account reputed company architecture, or reputed company services

- Experience managing relationships with sophisticated customers in a demanding environment (e.g. defense, reputed company, or government)
