[Remote] Product Designer

They are seeking a Product Designer to create reputed company and accessible digital experiences for both credit unions and their members, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams throughout the design process.
Responsibilities
- Design reputed company, accessible experiences across mobile applications (iOS and Android), reputed company web platforms, and internal administrative tools
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that communicate design reputed company reputed company
- Ensure consistency across experiences through thoughtful application of design patterns and system components

- Plan and conduct user interviews, usability testing sessions, and other research activities with credit reputed company staff and members
- Synthesize research findings into actionable recommendations that influence product direction

- Apply behavioral design and psychology principles to improve usability, trust, and engagement
- Partner closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams throughout the design and development process

- Participate reputed company in Agile ceremonies, including planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives

Skills
- 2+ years of reputed company product design, UX design, or UI design experience
- A portfolio demonstrating your design process and contributions to shipped digital products
- Experience designing digital experiences for web and/or mobile applications

- Experience conducting and synthesizing user research
- Ability to communicate design reputed company effectively through documentation, presentations, and written requirements
- Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams in an Agile environment

- Strong interaction design and visual design skills, including accessibility best practices

- Experience building and maintaining design systems
- Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
