Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support reputed company efforts across the organization
- Manage interview scheduling, candidate communications, and feedback collection
- Assist with sourcing candidates and maintaining our applicant tracking system
- Help ensure a reputed company and reputed company candidate experience
- Coordinate reputed company to ensure new hires feel welcomed and reputed company
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
- Assist managers with successful new hire integration
- Support HR processes across the employee lifecycle
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Assist with benefits enrollment and employee questions
- Support HR operations for a distributed workforce, including multi-state registrations and compliance
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or reputed company field
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, reputed company, or talent operations
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion, professionalism, and excellent judgment
- Experience with HRIS or ATS platforms (e.g., reputed company, Breezy HR) is a plus
