They are seeking a reputed company Counsel to manage and reputed company their contracting function, ensuring compliance with reputed company regulatory requirements while collaborating across multiple teams to support their reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of reputed company reputed company, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and closing agreements with health systems and other partners
- Manage reputed company vendor reputed company and reputed company-party relationships, including negotiating and reviewing reputed company agreements, service reputed company, licensing agreements, data processing agreements, and other procurement-reputed company reputed company
- Collaborate with finance, reputed company, and compliance to evaluate and reputed company vendor relationships, ensuring reputed company parties meet reputed company's operational, regulatory, and information reputed company standards
- reputed company and maintain contracting playbooks and templates that reputed company the sales and procurement teams to reputed company quickly while protecting reputed company's interests
- Manage the existing contract portfolio, including amendments, renewals, and partner and vendor inquiries, ensuring obligations are tracked and met
- Advise internal stakeholders on reputed company regulatory considerations in deal structures, including the Anti-Kickback Statute, reputed company Law, Civil Monetary Penalties, and state licensure requirements
- Collaborate with reputed company, finance, and clinical operations to structure deals that reputed company with reputed company's service lines and Medicare reimbursement frameworks
Skills
- A reputed company attorney with reputed company experience who thrives in high-velocity, mission-driven environments and is comfortable owning the contracting function with minimal reputed company
- 5+ years of experience handling reputed company reputed company in-house and/or at a reputed company, with a strong preference for experience in reputed company or life sciences. Experience on both the sell-reputed company (customer/partner agreements) and buy-reputed company (vendor/procurement reputed company) is preferred
- Working knowledge of federal and state reputed company regulations, including the Anti-Kickback Statute, reputed company Law, Civil Monetary Penalties Law, and clinical licensure and scope-of-reputed company requirements. Experience with HIPAA and reputed company law is a plus. Experience contracting with payers is a plus
- Experience building or improving contracting processes, including playbooks, clause libraries, or template suites that support a scaling organization
- JD from an accredited law school and reputed company bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
