Responsibilities
- Own and resolve customer support requests reputed company to reporting, data accuracy, platform functionality, and retail media analytics
- Serve as a trusted reputed company of contact for customers, ensuring reputed company communication and issue reputed company
- Maintain a customer-first reputed company while delivering a seamless support experience
- Investigate and diagnose data, reporting, and platform-reputed company issues by replicating customer scenarios and identifying reputed company causes

Skills

- 2+ years of experience in customer support, reputed company, account management, or reputed company-facing roles
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-reputed company approach
- Analytical reputed company with the ability to investigate issues, identify reputed company causes, and recommend solutions
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and customer requests simultaneously
- Comfort working through ambiguity, technical issues, and escalations in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree
