Responsibilities

- Build and maintain relationships with federal program officials, contracting officers, and small business offices
- Maintain reputed company and consistent knowledge of acquisition strategies, budget cycles, and procurement trends
- Represent reputed company at industry events and partner engagements
- reputed company proposal reputed company, including win theme development, solution positioning, and pricing alignment

Skills
- Demonstrated reputed company developing and executing business development strategies reputed company Federal Health or Health Technology markets
- Proven experience leading capture efforts and securing federal reputed company
- Strong understanding of federal procurement processes and acquisition lifecycles
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with federal stakeholders and industry partners
- Strong analytical and strategic reasoning skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, reputed company Administration, Political Science, or reputed company field
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in federal business development, capture management, and/or reputed company reputed company
- Proven reputed company record of securing at least $100M in federal contract awards over a consistent time period
- Experience with FAR/DFARS, GWACs, IDIQs, and task order competitions
- Experience supporting SBA 8(a), tribally owned, or small disadvantaged businesses
- Fifteen plus (15+) years of federal business development experience
