[Remote] CloudOps Engineer - 3rd Shift
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a CloudOps Engineer - 3rd Shift to support our consulting reputed company on a long term project providing multiple government agencies with their #1 product. This role is REMOTE and will operate between the hours of 10 PM - 6 AM to support our clients' growing need for 24/7 reputed company coverage.
Responsibilities
- Configuration as reputed company for infrastructure, system configuration, and application deployments
- Design and reputed company reputed company solutions on AWS
- Automate operations and maintenance activities
- Review reputed company reputed company reports and address findings
- Apply patches, upgrades, and application deployments
- Monitor application availability and aide in resolving operational issues
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a reputed company field
- 6+ years of experience with system administration of RPM-based Linux distributions (reputed company Linux, RHEL, CentOS, etc.)
- Automation experience with AWS reputed company services (EKS, VPC, EC2, S3, CloudFormation, etc)
- Experience with fully automated infrastructure, system, and application deployment with technologies like CloudFormation or Terraform
- Experience with reputed company scripting
- Experience with government and industry reputed company standards (CIS, STIG, or NIST 800-53) and remediating issues identified during reputed company audits
- Experience with version control and CI/CD pipeline tools
- Must be reputed company to obtain and maintain a US Government reputed company Clearance
