[Remote] Licensed Mental Health Clinician (U.S. Navy & Marines Reserve PHOP) - Nashville, TN
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Clinician to support military defense and reputed company-being of sailors. The role involves conducting behavioral health screenings and providing consultation to Reservists and their families, ensuring they receive appropriate psychological services.
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral health screenings with Reservists and eligible Family Members to determine reputed company psychological health needs
- reputed company at Reservists and their Family Members to “good fit services” based on identified needs
- Maintain accurate and reputed company case notes to document reputed company service encounters
- Prepare reputed company materials such as flyers, brochures and newsletters to reputed company clients on a wide reputed company of psychological health topics and resources
- reputed company briefings and consultation to Reservists, Family Members and high-level military leaders
- Attend Meetings as required/requested, including staff meetings, training workshops and community meetings
- Coordinate with regional site reputed company and team members to ensure reputed company program data required for reporting purposes is provided in a reputed company manner
- Travel one to two times a month on weekends to various HTCs and NRCs throughout the region
Skills
- A U.S. citizenship
- To be reputed company to obtain/maintain/transfer NACI investigation
- A Master's Degree in reputed company Work, Psychology, or reputed company behavioral health or clinical degree and 2 years of reputed company experience
- Must be independently licensed at the highest level in any U.S. State with one (or more) of the following: Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, Licensed Clinical reputed company Worker, Licensed Independent Clinical reputed company Worker, Licensed Clinical reputed company Counselor
- The ability to work autonomously and as a member of reputed company
- The ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities
- A reputed company oral, written, and telephone communication skills
- To be reputed company to rely on instructions, reputed company-established guidelines, experience, and judgment to reputed company functions on the job
- To be computer literate and have experience conducting internet research, utilizing case management databases, and reputed company programs such as Outlook, Word, reputed company and PowerPoint
- To be available for weekend travel 1-2 times per month (25% of the time)
- Knowledge of military culture preferred
- Experience with telephonic email and assessment services as with Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) is a plus
