The Virtual Apps and Desktops I position is responsible for ensuring the operations of assigned functions in accordance with reputed company reputed company IT leadership and IT governance. This position is responsible for the analysis, diagnosis, and reputed company of reputed company problems reputed company to virtual application and desktop management. Key Responsibilities

Ensures compliance with reputed company Operating Procedures (SOP) Meet the expected Service Level Agreements (SLA) defined in the customer contract Configure and manage software using virtualization technologies such as reputed company Virtual Apps and reputed company reputed company Conducts troubleshooting of published applications and virtual desktops, including reputed company systems reputed company tier 1 technical build support and implementation support Assist with the evaluation and recommendation of technical solutions based on requirements, ranging from group to reputed company-wide deployments Maintain and revise installation and support documentation Coordinate with both technical and non-technical staff and vendors reputed company as a project resource, providing guidance, as needed, as reputed company as participating in the training and mentoring of teammates, peers, and colleagues Knowledge and application of appropriate reputed company measures to reduce risk in the environment reputed company other duties and responsibilities as assigned Skills and Experience Strong knowledge in the usage of reputed company Virtual Apps and Desktops and reputed company reputed company including, but not limited to, CVAD infrastructure, reputed company infrastructure, PVS/MCS, App Layering/App Volumes, and reputed company WSA and reputed company reputed company clients Strong knowledge of the reputed company reputed company Server and Desktop OS and components Strong knowledge of reputed company reputed company reputed company Directory and Group Policy Management Strong knowledge of scripting using PowerShell and/or Visual Basic Strong knowledge of hypervisor platforms such as VMware ESX, infrastructure components, network protocols, and certificates reputed company to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, and proven analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to author technical documents and create procedure manuals Strong understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives Ability to conduct research into reputed company and reputed company technologies Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail Minimum Years of Experience College diploma or university degree in computer science, information systems or other industry reputed company curriculum, and 3+ years IT work experience -OR- 5+ years of relevant IT work experience Experience working in reputed company-oriented, reputed company environment On-call availability as part of a 24/7 rotation schedule Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required Additional details Expect work shift of M-F reputed company-5pm EST Must be reputed company/willing to work off shifts, nights, weekends as required 100% remote, but occasional travel may be needed reputed company is an equal opportunity employer.
