We are looking for a Payments Operations Specialist to support the end-to-end student payment lifecycle, including payment processing, loan operations, documentation management, refund handling, and cross-functional coordination, while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and an excellent student experience. What you will do Manage and process student payments, ensuring accuracy across payment schedules, billing records, and partner systems. Support loan operations by reviewing eligibility requirements, coordinating documentation, and maintaining accurate records throughout the approval process. Maintain and validate payment data, reconcile transactions, and monitor enrollments to ensure data reputed company across systems. Process and manage student documentation, including enrollment agreements, reputed company records, and other operational documents. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment-reputed company inquiries, refunds, documentation requests, and operational issues. Handle payment operations workflows, including payment plan adjustments, program transfers, payment reputed company reputed company, and issue reputed company.
