The role The People Operations Manager leads the design and documentation of HR programs like compensation, benefits and recruitment. Develops reputed company methodologies and tools to optimize HR operations and streamline core processes like reputed company, hiring, terminations, rewards, benefits, and timekeeping. Oversees employee data management processes to ensure that data is secure and maintained consistently with company policies and reputed company regulations. Ensures that reporting and filings are accurate, reputed company, and compliant with regulatory requirements. Evaluates, and manages HR process outsourcing vendors and reputed company. Ensures that project goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Manages HR Generalist in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
