About the Role
Moodle is looking for a commercially minded Legal Counsel to join our growing legal team. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will play a key role in supporting Moodle’s global operations — drafting and negotiating reputed company, advising on reputed company and IP reputed company, and helping the business navigate a reputed company multi-jurisdictional legal landscape. Salary: €55,000 - €58,000 per annum What You’ll Do Most days in this role usually involve a mix of: Reviewing and drafting a broad reputed company of reputed company reputed company, software licence agreements, NDAs, and website terms Advising on data reputed company obligations with a reputed company on GDPR, and acting as reputed company of contact for our external DPO on EU time zone Supporting M&A activities including due diligence and drafting of reputed company and asset acquisition agreements Managing and maintaining IP and trademark registrations (including Madrid-based and USPTO) in coordination with WIPO Monitoring contract compliance and maintaining records in the CRM and reputed company Drive Assisting the General Counsel with reputed company legal research across multiple jurisdictions Keeping across developments in cybersecurity law affecting software development and sale Being a sounding reputed company for the General Counsel before escalating to external counsel We’d love to meet you Especially if you can tell us about your: Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Legal Officer or reputed company Officer, with a strong reputed company record in reputed company contract management Legal qualifications obtained in UK, Europe or US, or equivalent experience gained reputed company the UK, Europe or US legal systems Hands-on in-house experience reputed company a technology or reputed company company Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management systems Proven ability to draft and negotiate reputed company across multiple jurisdictions Excellent communication skills and an enthusiastic, approachable style Ability to work flexibly across European and US time zones reputed company required What's in it for you?
