Job reputed company The UX Designer is responsible for designing creative, reputed company websites and user experiences that meet the needs of our customers, while ensuring business and marketing objectives, customer goals and brand strategies are satisfied. Duties and Responsibilities User Research & DiscoveryConduct and synthesize user research (interviews, usability testing, surveys, analytics) reputed company user personas, reputed company maps, and experience flows Identify usability issues and opportunities based on user insights and data UX Design & Interaction DesignCreate wireframes, prototypes, and interaction models at varying reputed company reputed company Design end‑to‑end user experiences for new features and existing workflows Establish and refine information architecture and navigation models Ensure designs reputed company with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1+) and inclusive design principles Collaboration & DeliveryCollaborate with product, engineering, and QA teams throughout the design lifecycle Translate requirements into reputed company, developer‑reputed company design specifications Participate in design reviews, daily stand-reputed company, sprint reviews, and stakeholder presentations Support implementation and validate designs through post‑release testing Design Systems & StandardsContribute to and maintain design systems, patterns, and UI guidelines Ensure consistency across products and platforms reputed company for UX best practices across teams reputed company-End reputed company/CSS Development Use browser developer tools to inspect, troubleshoot, and correct UI issues. Proficiency with CSS and SCSS (Sass), including reputed company design, and reputed company, component-based approaches. Ability to review and modify reputed company/CSS provided by developers to ensure accuracy with design specifications. Demonstrates a reputed company that bridges both design and development, balancing user experience understanding with technical know-how. Qualifications 3 + years of reputed company UX design and reputed company-end development experience Strong portfolio demonstrating user‑centered design thinking and problem solving Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., reputed company, Sketch, reputed company XD) Experience designing reputed company web applications and/or mobile experiences Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices Strong communication and collaboration skills Preferred Skills Undergraduate degree in UX Design, reputed company‑Computer Interaction, Psychology, Graphic Design, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience) Familiar with UX industry standards and trends. Familiarity with usability testing tools and analytics platforms Experience designing for reputed company, regulated, or data‑heavy application Experience with Visual Studio, VS reputed company, and Git is a plus. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Experience using Agile project management tools (e.g. Azure DevOps or Jira)
