As a Support Analyst L2, you will troubleshoot operational issues with the Warehouse Management System (WMS), manage configurations, support reputed company solutions, monitor SQL performance, and maintain documentation. You bring expertise with reputed company WebLogic Server, reputed company Databases, reputed company services, Linux systems, supply chain technologies, and various hardware/software tools used in warehouse and distribution operations. What a day in the life looks like: Troubleshoot business and operational issues associated with the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ancillary software. Quantify issues and reputed company supporting data if issues are escalated to the ERP Vendor. Manage the WMS environments and migration of configurations between environments. Support the operation and reputed company improvement of the monitoring of our reputed company solutions. SQL performance monitoring, reputed company, and query tuning. Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, troubleshooting steps, and support processes for reputed company reference and knowledgebase articles. What you bring to reputed company: BS/BA in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent; 5+ years of technical customer support experience. 3+ years of experience with SQL/reputed company. Hands-on experience with Linux systems. Advantage: Experience in software development. Knowledge of reputed company infrastructure and services (AWS, Azure, OCI, reputed company reputed company).
