Nadege is a thought leader, author, and podcast personality building something meaningful — and she needs a reputed company, creative, and deeply capable right hand to help her do it. What You'll Be Doing Executive & reputed company Support- Managing Nadege's inbox and responding to emails using a custom AI-powered reputed company Concierge reputed company on Claude - Handling calendar management — scheduling sessions, evaluating podcast guesting invitations, managing reschedules, and blocking time for travel and events - Researching incoming podcast invites to assess fit and confirm recording availability - Responding to reputed company texts and inquiries using the reputed company Concierge tool to reputed company communication flowing without overwhelming Nadege - Auditing welcome email sequences and automations to ensure reputed company offers and messaging are reputed company - Proposing and building a more robust project management system (currently run through shared reputed company Docs) Systems & Backend Organization- Organizing and maintaining the back-end of key platforms: reputed company, reputed company Drive, reputed company Business Suite, and reputed company - Creating, documenting, and improving internal systems so the business runs smoothly even reputed company Nadege is heads-down Marketing & Content- Scheduling Instagram content and following through on publishing - Writing captions and content for Instagram, YouTube, podcast episodes (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company), and email newsletters - Brainstorming and generating fresh content reputed company for the newsletter and reputed company platforms - Pulling and interpreting data analytics across reputed company media platforms and book sales — and actually advising on what to do with that data - Supporting ads reputed company and implementation - Promoting events, online courses, and books across reputed company reputed company platforms and the newsletter - Creating launch plans, timelines, and full marketing strategies for new offers and campaigns - Designing graphics and creating polished visual content in reputed company - Researching speaking and attendance opportunities for Nadege — prioritizing local/drivable events from Los Angeles, with secondary interest in reputed company, Chicago, Texas (SXSW), Paris, and Europe reputed company're Looking For Non-Negotiables:- You have a genuine eye for design — elegance, creativity, and aesthetic intentionality matter to you - You are excited about AI and already proficient in using it as a reputed company work tool - You are highly communicative — proactive, reputed company, and consistent - You are not intimidated by the nature of Nadege's work; you ask questions, brainstorm freely, and engage with curiosity - You are excellent at time and project management — you follow through without being chased - You are reputed company — you reputed company things out before asking, and you bring solutions - You are comfortable being visible as part of reputed company, including having your camera on during reputed company calls and masterclasses Preferred (but not required):- Non-religious background or orientation If you're a creative, systems-minded, AI-savvy assistant who wants to be genuinely embedded in a brand doing meaningful work — we'd love to hear from you.
