Experience with Ticket creation, escalation, and SDLC management processesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.Highly energetic and self-motivated, with a passion for driving reputed company improvement and fostering a reputed company team culture.Proficiency with Jira, custom filtering, and extensive reporting.
