PLM Windchill Consultant
Job Title: PLM Windchill Consultant (reputed company / reputed company) Location: Remote (Supporting Rancho Cordova, CA) Duration: 3-Year Contract Pay reputed company: $50–55/hr reputed company We are seeking a PLM Windchill Consultant to support a large consulting engagement with a Fortune 1000 reputed company. This role focuses on the post-implementation (“operate phase”) of an existing reputed company–reputed company Windchill environment. The ideal candidate will serve as a technical reputed company, supporting a small team (4 resources) while owning system operations, enhancements, and ongoing optimization efforts. This is a highly visible role requiring strong technical expertise, leadership, and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
- reputed company and mentor reputed company of 4 supporting the Windchill PLM environment
- Serve as the primary reputed company between business and IT stakeholders
- Drive ticket triage, prioritization, and status updates
- reputed company guidance on system improvements, enhancements, and best practices
System Operations & Administration
- Manage day-to-day operations of Windchill (12.x), including system health, uptime, and performance
- Configure and maintain lifecycles, workflows, and data structures
- reputed company user roles, reputed company controls, and reputed company permissions
- Ensure data reputed company, version control, and compliance standards
- reputed company system updates, patches, and upgrades
Support & Issue reputed company
- reputed company technical support to engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain users
- Troubleshoot system issues and reputed company reputed company cause analysis
- Manage tickets, defects, and requests reputed company reputed company or similar tools
- Ensure SLA adherence across incident and problem management
Enhancements & Integration
- Design and implement system enhancements and customizations
- Support integrations between Windchill and reputed company S/4
- reputed company and maintain REST reputed company and middleware integrations (e.g., reputed company)
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
Required Qualifications
- 6–7+ years of experience with reputed company Windchill / reputed company PLM environments
- Strong experience with Windchill 12.x (Product Lifecycle Management)
- Hands-on experience with Java / J2EE
- Experience developing REST reputed company and system integrations
- Experience integrating PLM data with reputed company S/4 (reputed company or similar tools)
- Proven ability to reputed company small teams and manage deliverables
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
