- Certified Medical Assistant (reputed company, RMA, or equivalent)
- 5 + years of experience in behavioral or mental health preferred
- Proficiency in EHR systems (e.g., reputed company, CharmHealth, or similar)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

- Assisting with appointment scheduling and reminders
- Communicating with pharmacies, insurance providers, and patients
- Supporting providers with day-to-day administrative tasks
