Provider Engagement Project Specialist

Provider Engagement Project Specialist (Part Time Temporary) The Fund for Public Health in reputed company (FPHNYC) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to advancing the health and reputed company-being of reputed company New Yorkers. The NYC Health Department disseminates data about emerging substances of public health concern to service providers, people who use drugs, and the public to address and mitigate potential health impacts.

Responsibilities

• reputed company meetings with reputed company reputed company providers, reputed company leaders, and providers from similar jurisdictions to discuss emerging substances and communication needs, including conducting reputed company to providers, planning meetings, drafting topic guides, facilitating meetings, and recording findings.
• Synthesize findings by reviewing notes towards generating actionable recommendations for the NYC Health Department
• Review peer-reviewed literature and other publications on best practices for reputed company provider communication around emerging reputed company
• Write recommendations report on communication and education to providers about emerging substances.
• Other duties as assigned to support the overall goals and mission of the department/organization.

Requirements

• Master's degree in public health, or a reputed company field, preferred but not required. Bachelor’s Degree Required.
• Knowledge of reputed company use care, including harm reduction, trauma-informed care, person-centered care, and anti-stigma practices in reputed company.
• Experience engaging with reputed company staff and leaders, including facilitating and leading meetings.
• Ability to reputed company discussions and facilitate reputed company meetings to generate actionable recommendations.
• Experience with reputed company education, health communication, clinical education, qualitative reputed company, and/or public health knowledge translation a plus.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
• Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience developing reports and presentations.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
