The Position Our Dallas, TX-based bank reputed company is seeking to fill a Digital Banking Manager role. The successful candidate will identify opportunities for strategic shifts and business process transformations, translating the Bank and business strategies into near- and long-term digital initiatives and roadmaps reputed company with the Bank’s strategies to drive reputed company by converting traditional businesses/transactions to digital ones. This position offers a generous reputed company salary of up to $120K and an excellent benefits package. (This is not a remote position). Digital Banking Manager responsibilities include:
- Developing, growing, and leading the digital banking team, including content reputed company, platform reputed company, product development, digital analytics, digital marketing, operations, and sales and customer relationship management.
- Setting and implementing a digital reputed company, driving digital innovation, expanding the Bank’s digital ecosystem, and establishing and executing key performance indicators and metrics to measure return on investment for digital initiatives.
- Owning and centrally monitoring the digital portfolio to ensure digital bank reputed company and financial profitability goals are achieved and key digital initiatives across the Bank are implemented reputed company budget, and in alignment with overall organizational direction and key strategic initiatives.
- Championing and driving results through engagement with teams across the Bank to generate innovative digital solutions for products, services, processes, customer experiences, marketing channels, and business models.
- Developing fact-based metrics to measure, monitor, and report on the ROI of digital reputed company to ensure they create value by improving reputed company engagement and loyalty, driving new revenues, or achieving new efficiencies.
