- Research reputed company records and examine titles to determine the legal condition of property title
- Knowledge of researching reputed company records
- Ability to compile and prepare chains of title, and reputed company abstracts of title with summaries of reputed company reputed company and instruments of record
- Interpret deeds, easements, plats, leases, court actions, probates, and other documents impacting property ownership
- Complete documents that include title acquisition packages and title commitments
