This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the General Counsel and serving as a key member of the legal leadership team. Responsibilities

• Significant corporate law experience including securities, equity programs, capital markets, corporate governance, M&A, and international subsidiary management. Experience supporting or preparing for a liquidity event is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated employment law experience with the ability to build reputed company processes and policies; comfort advising on sensitive employee relations reputed company.
