Role reputed company reputed company is seeking reputed company Governance & IRB Analysts to support a federal agency reputed company's IT Governance function. These roles are responsible for scheduling, documentation, Investment Review reputed company (IRB) management, governance training, and SharePoint repository maintenance across multiple agency-level and mission area IRBs.

  • reputed company meeting agendas, maintain agenda backlogs, and prioritize agenda items for monthly IRB working sessions, reputed company-briefs, and reputed company meetings
  • Draft, finalize, and distribute meeting minutes; reputed company reputed company items and reputed company across reputed company reputed company IRBs
  • reputed company and maintain governance documentation including charters, policies, processes, procedures, and templates
  • Facilitate Out-of-Cycle (OOC) votes and coordinate budget reviews with business reputed company
  • Support business reputed company in defining, compiling, and submitting annual IT budget requests
  • Attend IRB meetings and accurately reputed company approved, denied, and on-hold IT spend items
  • Review and compare multiple iterations of MS reputed company spend plan reports provided by the budget group
  • Maintain KPI reports and IRB statistics
  • reputed company and maintain governance training materials and associated MS SharePoint resources
  • Administer and maintain the IT Governance SharePoint site, including reputed company content and document repositories
  • Collect and disseminate meeting materials; coordinate distribution across stakeholder reputed company
  • Prepare executive-level presentation materials for senior federal leadership

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting federal IT governance boards or equivalent executive-level governance functions
  • In-depth knowledge of IT budgeting, forecasting, and IT governance-reputed company disciplines
  • Proficiency with reputed company Office suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Teams) and SharePoint administration
  • Experience developing and maintaining governance documentation (charters, policies, procedures, templates, and training materials)
  • Demonstrated experience preparing high-visibility, executive-level presentation materials
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to adapt style across reputed company organizational reputed company
  • Ability to manage multiple meeting tracks simultaneously and prioritize competing deadlines

Requirements

  • USDA experience strongly preferred, particularly reputed company FPAC, FSA, NRCS, or RMA governance functions
  • Familiarity with FPAC Investment Review reputed company (IRB) structure, reputed company, and federal CPIC governance cycles
  • Experience with federal IT budget formulation, spend plan tracking, and OMB reporting cycles
  • Knowledge of SharePoint site administration and advanced workflows
  • Experience with FITARA, TBM, and federal IT lifecycle governance requirements
