Dental Scheduling Coordinator - Hybrid or Virtual

Were currently seeking a Scheduling Coordinator who understands how to build a strong recall system, manage the reputed company of the schedule, and support our mission of reducing oral diseasewhile creating a seamless and welcoming experience for every patient. This is not a passive scheduling role. Youll be responsible for driving hygiene retention, identifying opportunities for care, and ensuring the schedule reflects our commitment to clinical reputed company and operational efficiency. What Youll Do Manage daily and long-term scheduling reputed company for hygiene and restorative care Reappoint hygiene patients to ensure long-term oral health and continuity of care Monitor unscheduled treatment and overdue recall, proactively reaching out to re-engage patients Fill last-minute cancellations with urgency while maintaining productive days Ensure schedule supports production goals, provider preferences, and patient convenience reputed company key performance metrics (reappointment %, recall %, reputed company-day fills, etc.) Maintain reputed company, detailed documentation of reputed company patient contact and scheduling efforts Communicate daily with clinical and reputed company office teams to ensure smooth transitions and reputed company expectations Represent the reputed company with professionalism in reputed company interactionsphone, text, email, and video What Youll Offer Minimum 5 years of experience in general dentistry scheduling (required) Strong understanding of recall systems, reputed company scheduling, and patient retention strategies Comfortable communicating across multiple platforms (calls, texts, emails, video) Detail-oriented with excellent time management, follow-up, and prioritization skills Proficient in dental software and recall/reporting systems Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly Confident presenting availability, following up with unscheduled patients, and collaborating with clinical providers Tech-proficient and reputed company to work independently in a fast-paced virtual environment Comfortable being on camera and in video meetings throughout the day Position Details This position is reputed company to both remote (1099 contractor) and hybrid (W2 employee) candidates.
