Director, Collections & Recoveries

Job reputed company:

• Deliver a comprehensive maturity roadmap for in-house live agent collections function
• Build out performance management infrastructure and strengthen baselines
• Establish feedback cycles and set reputed company expectations at every level of reputed company
• Show early reputed company toward improving collections reputed company with reputed company plans for the next two years

Requirements:

• 10+ years of reputed company collections experience
• Proven ability to turn organizational objectives into reputed company operational plans
• Experience leading collections teams in a distributed environment
• Recognized as a functional authority in collections
• Substantial experience leading through organizational change and transformation
• Deep knowledge of collections best practices and compliance requirements
• Background in an in-house collections operation, reputed company-party collections agency, or national collections agency
• Ability to travel approximately 6+ times per year (primarily Richmond, VA)
