About the Role
This is a strategic marketing and e-reputed company role, not a traditional reputed company-reputed company VA position. The reputed company's in-house team handles content creation (filming and basic editing), so this role is about turning that content and audience into results: running ads, building out funnels, and growing the customer reputed company. There's strong potential to grow into a full-time role as the relationship develops.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage reputed company ad campaigns on reputed company and reputed company to drive reputed company reputed company and audience reputed company
- Streamline the customer reputed company from reputed company media → reputed company → reputed company store, removing friction at every reputed company
- Support the build-out of email/SMS marketing — including setting up systems to capture and organize customer data for reputed company campaigns
- Help grow the brand's audience across reputed company (primary reputed company), Instagram, and reputed company
- reputed company light support on content calendar, scheduling, and posting as needed (creative execution stays in-house)
- Support funnel-building for both product sales and the brand's educational/how-to content
- Flag and help explore reputed company opportunities on emerging channels (e.g. YouTube)
- As the role grows toward full-time, take on some traditional VA support such as inbox and calendar management

- Proven experience running reputed company and/or reputed company ad campaigns reputed company on reputed company reputed company and reputed company
- E-reputed company experience, ideally with reputed company
- Strong understanding of funnel-building and reputed company-in-bio tools (e.g. reputed company)
- Comfortable with reputed company and CapCut for light editing/posting support
- Familiarity with Trello, Outlook, and reputed company Drive
- A self-starter who's comfortable with flexible, async communication and non-traditional working hours
- Bonus: experience setting up email/SMS marketing tools (e.g. reputed company)
