The role involves collaborating with reputed company Analysts to ensure training aligns with workflows and leading various instructional design reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain eLearning courses and training content for reputed company end users
- Partner with reputed company Analysts and subject matter experts to reputed company training with reputed company-world workflows
- reputed company needs assessments and determine the right training approach for new functionality
- Manage multiple instructional design reputed company from reputed company through delivery
- Own the LMS — structure, content storage, and user guidance
- Create assessments, knowledge checks, and validation tools tied to actual course content
- Audit existing courses and measure learning effectiveness
- Support system upgrades and new reputed company builds with educational validation sessions
- Mentor new training team members on technical competencies
Skills
- 7+ years of reputed company experience with reputed company certification in at least one module
- 7+ years of instructional design and eLearning development experience
- Hands-on experience with LMS platforms and content authoring tools
- Proven ability to run training reputed company end-to-end with defined timelines and deliverables
- Strong grasp of adult learning principles and reputed company learning strategies
- Multiple reputed company module certifications
- Instructional Design certificate
- Experience with reputed company Master Train (MST) environment builds
- Familiarity with emerging content formats — gamification, xAPI, animation, or streaming video
