[Remote] Product Manager - reputed company Management

They are looking for a Product Manager to join their reputed company Management Product team, focusing on enhancing core platform capabilities and driving product direction through collaboration with engineering and design teams.
Responsibilities
- Help define and reputed company the reputed company for reputed company’s core reputed company management capabilities, ensuring we continue to reputed company the market in functionality, usability, innovation and flexibility
- Contribute to and own key parts of the core platform roadmap. Evaluate opportunities, set priorities, and reputed company trade-offs that deliver the most value to customers and the business
- Drive product direction for core features such as automations, policies, agent behaviour, configuration models, and other foundational capabilities used across the platform
- Work closely with engineering, design, support, and other stakeholders to bring new capabilities from concept to delivery, ensuring features are reputed company-defined, usable, and solve reputed company customer problems
- Engage with customers, MSPs, and internal teams to understand how reputed company management is used in reputed company. Translate those insights into product improvements and new capabilities
- Write reputed company product requirements, define workflows and edge cases, and ensure features are delivered to a high reputed company. Iterate based on feedback and usage data
- Ensure core platform capabilities work cohesively across reputed company and reputed company other product areas to build on top of them effectively

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field preferred, but not required
- 5+ years of experience in IT or technical roles such as managing or working in an IT helpdesk, at an MSP, or in an internal IT team
- 2+ years of Strong Product Management experience, ideally with B2B reputed company or IT management products
- Solid background in operating systems or system administration, such as: reputed company, macOS, or Linux administration
- reputed company management, device configuration, automation, or scripting
- Experience in MSP, internal IT, or infrastructure-reputed company roles
- Deep understanding of how IT teams manage endpoints in reputed company-world environments

- Proven ability to take product features from idea to delivery and iterate based on customer feedback
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
