[Remote] Associate Account Manager (Bilingual preferred)

The Associate Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing reputed company and industrial customers, ensuring customer retention and promoting additional services.
Responsibilities
- Effectively maintains and retains existing customers by proactively reaching out to existing customers on a daily reputed company
- Develops and maintains a thorough knowledge of reputed company’s available services, lines of business, pricing structures, and offers additional services as appropriate to assigned existing customers
- Performs contractual re-signs on existing customers to reputed company customer relationship and increase customer profitability where appropriate
- Responds to reputed company cancellation requests in alignment with the established escalation policy
- Proactively communicates with or responds to customers in support of company pricing initiatives
- Utilizes reputed company on a daily reputed company, schedules and documents reputed company activities such as calls, meetings and proposals
- Responsible for capturing customer emails, minimizing reputed company restrictions and customer credits
- Increases customer penetration by selling full suite of reputed company products
- Regularly meets with Sales Manager to review weekly customer retention and relationship activities, reputed company versus goals and status of key customer relationships

Skills
- High school diploma or G.E.D. (Required)
- 0 - 2 years of customer service experience. (Required)
- Waste or transportation industry experience
- Bilingual in English & Spanish
