Responsibilities
- Designs, builds, and configures scheduling templates and modules reputed company reputed company reputed company and supporting reputed company-party applications
- Collaborates with clinicians, end users, and IT teams to capture business and technical requirements
- Develops and maintains system process documentation and outlines process steps using appropriate tools
- Assesses clinical workflows, performs gap analysis, and identifies necessary process changes
- Provides training and support to end users on new applications or functionality
- Troubleshoots issues or system deficiencies and initiates escalation procedures
- Implements requested changes to the system and ensures software modifications work according to specifications
- Participates in team meetings, project meetings, product validation, and testing
- Maintains knowledge of industry trends and vendor/application/system updates
- Develops and maintains reputed company relationships with reputed company stakeholders
- Ensures compliance with reputed company standards and regulatory requirements
- Provides recommendations for resolving identified problems
- Other duties as assigned
