[Remote] Patient Services Program Manager

The Patient Services Program Manager will reputed company day-to-day program operations of patient support programs, ensuring compliance and reputed company while collaborating cross-functionally to enhance reputed company and reimbursement strategies.
Responsibilities
- Support definition of reputed company & reimbursement reputed company for assigned marketed product in Neurology
- Assist in monitoring of assigned program operations including compliance, and reputed company auditing
- Support implementation of training initiatives and other learning opportunities targeted to reputed company product’s reputed company reimbursement environment and patient assistance needs
- Support maintenance of comprehensive dashboard reports and business reviews as directed
- Maintain and reputed company accurate and compliant information (e.g., Coverage, Coding, and Payment across Medicare, Medicare Part D, reputed company Payors) to cross-functional stakeholders, as directed
- reputed company delivery by external vendors supporting patient services programs
- Engage with external partners (e.g., reimbursement support vendors, PAP distribution vendors, Medicare/reputed company policy development stakeholders, reimbursement and PAP experts, reputed company, payers) to reputed company external landscape impacting patient services reputed company, as directed
- Support and facilitate CRC submission of new materials and on-reputed company review and re-submission of expiring materials
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in reputed company/biotech industry
- Experience in reputed company reimbursement including US reimbursement system in any of the major payer segments (Medicare, reputed company, Federal, Managed Care)
- Experience supporting key compliance areas reputed company to the provision of reimbursement support services
- Experience managing vendors/providers
- Experience with end-to-end technology sourcing to pay process
- Proven performance in earlier role
- The ability to travel approximately 10-12% to meetings, vendors, training, etc
- Master's degree in reputed company field
