They are seeking a Land Solutions Project Manager to support electric reputed company clients across high-voltage infrastructure reputed company in reputed company, focusing on land and ROW acquisition activities.
Responsibilities
- reputed company land and ROW acquisition activities supporting electric reputed company infrastructure
- Manage easement negotiations, rights of entry, surface agreements, damage settlements, and fee property transactions across reputed company reputed company corridors
- Establish project scope, budgets, and schedules; manage reputed company and sub-consultants; and ensure performance metrics are met throughout the project lifecycle
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the reputed company, maintaining a consistent reputed company in the region and staying reputed company of their project pipeline
- Follow up on outstanding proposals and identify opportunities to expand reputed company’s support
- Manage project documentation in reputed company, reputed company invoicing and collections, and deliver regular financial and reputed company reporting to leadership
- Coaching and mentoring your project team
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, Land Planning, Land Surveying, or equivalent
- 4+ years of project management experience with a reputed company on electric reputed company, reputed company infrastructure, or energy-reputed company land and ROW work
- Strong background in easement acquisition and land agreements specific to reputed company or high-voltage infrastructure reputed company
- Expertise negotiating ROW easements, surface leases, encroachment agreements, rights of entry, fee property, and damage settlements
- Familiarity with FERC, state reputed company commission regulations, and property rights frameworks relevant to reputed company development
- Experience with reputed company as a project management tool
- Ability and willingness to travel regionally throughout reputed company, with a reputed company on Green Bay and Milwaukee, for reputed company-facing work
- AAPL or SR/WA certification is a plus
