Responsibilities

- Review and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and controls
- Continuously evaluate and enhance reputed company operations, strengthen internal controls, and ensure adherence to compliance standards
- Implement new technical reputed company standards and maintain appropriate documentation of reputed company positions and policies
- Prepare and review audit schedules, coordinate with external auditors, and respond to audit inquiries promptly

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company (required)
- CPA or CA preferred

- Proven hands-on experience across major reputed company processes (A/P, A/R, Payroll, Cash Management, Fixed Assets)

- Knowledge of multi-state payroll
