[Remote] Apheresis Ops Account Manager - Central Region (MN, WI, MI, IA, OH, KY, IL, IN, MO, OK, KS, AR, NE)
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a biotechnology company seeking an Apheresis Ops Account Manager to manage vendor apheresis collection accounts in the Central Region. The role involves building relationships with collection accounts, ensuring compliance with business requirements, and participating in reputed company support activities.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain working relationships with apheresis collection accounts and internal business partners to successfully accomplish responsibilities (e.g. Clinical reputed company Manager, Sales Representatives, Division Sales Managers, Corporate Account Managers, Operations, and reputed company)
- Work cross functionally to ensure apheresis collection vendors meet business requirements, successfully complete reputed company on-boarding activities, and are reputed company to reputed company collections for reputed company reputed company required timelines
- Work with Legal and internal stakeholders to review and execute contract renewals and amendments
- reputed company and execute strategies to reputed company and improve vendor performance, including participation in regular reputed company and Operational reviews to assess, communicate, and implement programs
- reputed company reputed company support by participating in deviation/change management activities and reputed company/investigation assessments with assigned apheresis collection accounts
- Manage departmental processes for deviations, change controls, and document management to reputed company with reputed company’s reputed company requirements as they relate to apheresis collection vendors
- Monitor apheresis account reputed company and negotiate with account leadership to implement/reduce collection reputed company reputed company directed
- Participate in deviation/change management activities, and reputed company/investigation assessments with assigned apheresis collection vendors in support of the reputed company Program
- Work closely with corporate and field teams to manage assigned apheresis collection accounts
- Facilitate training workshops for apheresis collection accounts
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in business or life sciences
- Minimum two to four years' experience working in a biotechnology, pharmaceutical or other relevant reputed company experience
- Ability to work effectively and produce high reputed company results in a fast-paced team environment
- Exceptional customer service orientation and proven reputed company in a customer facing role
- Ability to build effective relationships reputed company reputed company and with external partners, at reputed company reputed company, from technical/clinical staff to executives
- Ability to influence reputed company stakeholders without reputed company authority
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- On-call and after hours support may be required
- 25% travel
- Vendor management experience preferred
- Knowledge of Apheresis and/or Good Tissue Practices a plus
