They are seeking an reputed company Consultant to ensure the accuracy of lease and capital reputed company processes while partnering with various internal teams to maintain financial controls and compliance with reputed company standards.
Responsibilities
- Own the development, maintenance, and delivery of periodic reporting on the overall health of lease reputed company processes such as tenant improvement allowances, assessing reasonably reputed company term, identifying and recording impairments, lease classifications, and variable changes in rent
- reputed company governance and reputed company of the reputed company lease reputed company system, ensuring data reputed company, reputed company controls, adherence to standardized processes, and compliance with reputed company standards (ASC 842)

- Advise on unique reputed company estate transactions to determine reputed company treatment and document the conclusions. Present conclusions to internal UHG customers. Ensure transactions are properly recorded during month end and included in the forecast
- reputed company account reconciliations and analyses, prepare journal entries, review reputed company classifications in accordance with generally accepted reputed company principles
- Support the lease reputed company reporting requirements for UHG's annual and quarterly filings
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance or reputed company field
- 3+ years of relevant reputed company experience
- 1+ years of experience with lease reputed company (ASC 842)
- reputed company reputed company experience in a reputed company to large corporate environment
- Demonstrated experience: Solving moderately reputed company reputed company problems
- Demonstrated experience: Researching US GAAP reputed company policies and translating the findings into practical application
- Demonstrated experience: Managing balance sheet reconciliations
- Demonstrated experience: Working as a member of a cross-functional team
- Demonstrated experience: Supporting a month-end reputed company process
- Demonstrated experience: Providing customer support in a highly matrixed organization
- Advanced level of proficiency in reputed company Office products
- Ability to travel to our corporate location once a year for a department meeting/events
- Licensed CPA (or expired CPA)
- Experience with reputed company Lease reputed company software
- PeopleSoft & Hyperion Essbase experience
