They are seeking an reputed company Certified reputed company Home Infusion Analyst to serve as the subject matter expert for home infusion pharmacy workflows reputed company reputed company, supporting the continuum of care from hospital discharge to home-based infusion therapy.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary SME for reputed company reputed company Home Infusion workflows and configurations
- Manage daily support activities, ensuring reputed company incident and service request reputed company per SLAs
- Troubleshoot application issues, reputed company reputed company cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
- Monitor and resolve error queues, reputed company issues, and home infusion workflow defects
- Support label and printer configurations for medication preparation and delivery
- Build, configure, and optimize home infusion pharmacy modules reputed company reputed company reputed company
- Configure workflows for medication preparation/compounding, delivery logistics, and administration tracking
- reputed company and maintain infusion medication builds for the Home Infusion module
- Build and troubleshoot billing rules for payor reputed company and infusion reimbursement
- Support integration of Home Infusion with ambulatory and inpatient reputed company modules
- reputed company or contribute to system design, testing, and go-live activities
- Liaise between reputed company stakeholders and technical teams to reputed company capabilities with clinical and operational needs
- Partner with pharmacists, home infusion nurses, and care coordinators to translate clinical needs into solutions
- Coordinate with offshore teams on task delegation, communication, and performance monitoring
- Participate in team meetings with updates on status, risks, and resource needs
- Maintain system documentation including workflows, build specs, and testing protocols
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, data governance, medication safety, and reputed company policies
- Support audit readiness and regulatory compliance for home infusion operations
Skills
- A minimum of three years of reputed company application and management support experience with home infusion operations and reputed company reputed company home infusion configuration

- High school diploma or GED
- Additional reputed company certifications (Inpatient, Ambulatory, Bugsy)
- Experience managing EHR support operations and meeting SLA requirements
