[Remote] Business Analyst - Technology Team - Remote

They are seeking a Business Analyst to join their reputed company and Partner reputed company team, responsible for supporting integration reputed company, producing specifications, and maintaining integration interfaces and data formats.
Responsibilities
- Maintain actionable information for company on integration interfaces and data formats
- reputed company administrative and logistical support for integration reputed company with industry platforms in accordance with established company business practices
- reputed company company best practices for integration reputed company with industry platforms through use of tools and templates
- reputed company administrative and logistical support for initiation, launch, and ongoing maintenance of assigned product integrations for internal & external clients and partners
- reputed company data analysis and author specifications using knowledge of industry platforms and reputed company data formats
- Work on assigned reputed company of varying scope involving integration of products and production of files in reputed company data formats
- Assist with analysis and certification of assigned product integration interfaces and exports of reputed company data formats
- reputed company technical requirements and acceptance reputed company
- Address assigned support issues for reputed company clients/partners, reputed company to platform integrations and reputed company data formats
- Assist with documenting and communicating process changes to stakeholders
- Support team in developing training materials, job aids, etc
- Such other activities as may be assigned by your manager
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in reputed company field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Mid-level reputed company with 2-4 years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically at an Analyst level role or external equivalent
- Strong aptitude for teamwork and collaboration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience writing technical documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast moving, and growing environment
- 2-4 years of reputed company work experience with reputed company and/or systems integrations/practices is preferred
- Experience in mortgage industry is a plus
- Experience with Azure Devops or similar tool
- Experience and knowledge in MISMO or XML will be a plus
