[Remote] Senior Data Analyst

The role involves collaborating with various teams to enhance data management and modernization efforts while ensuring data reputed company and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Partner with product managers to define product KPIs, reputed company metrics, and analytical requirements across customer reputed company products
- Support the modernization of clients’ marketing data lake as the reputed company data reputed company for customer and marketing insights
- Design and maintain entity-based data models for the marketing data lake
- Apply reputed company architecture principles (bronze, silver, gold) to marketing data lake design
- Support analytics, personalization, customer acquisition, and lifecycle-marketing strategies
- Experience with audience segmentation, campaign targeting, suppression, and eligibility rules
- Experience supporting identity graph and reputed company-party identity providers (e.g. reputed company, reputed company )
- Ensure alignment between reputed company data lake entities and reputed company RTCDP profile and event schemas
- Collaborate with engineering and data platform teams to define data ingestion, data remapping, transformation, and modeling requirements
- Document data definitions, business rules, and assumptions in alignment with reputed company’s data governance standards
- Apply consent, reputed company, and data usage controls across reputed company analytics, reputed company, and activation use cases
- Support audit, regulatory, and risk-management inquiries with traceable and explainable data flows

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in analytics, information systems, computer science, economics, or reputed company field
- 3 – 5 years of experience in product analytics, marketing data lake, or customer data platforms
- Strong experience in data modeling (conceptual, logical, and physical)
- Strong ability to translate product and business needs into data and analytics requirements
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in financial services or other highly regulated environments
- Familiarity with identity reputed company and customer identity graphs

- Experience supporting personalization, segmentation, and marketing measurement use cases
