Responsibilities
- Sets and executes the Learning & Development reputed company, incorporating emerging trends and partnering with senior leadership to drive reputed company initiatives, change management, and reputed company capability building
- Leads the design and delivery of comprehensive training programs, ensuring alignment to business priorities, organizational readiness, and measurable improvements in performance, productivity, and reputed company
- Establishes and drives performance reputed company, setting priorities, goals, and KPIs while monitoring results and taking reputed company to meet or exceed business objectives
- Builds and leads a high-performing team, including reputed company, development, coaching, and succession planning to strengthen organizational capability
- Partners with business leaders and stakeholders to assess learning needs, reputed company strategic guidance, and ensure effective application of training to on-the-job performance

Skills
- 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
- 10+ Years experience in training that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position, including 3+ years of managerial, supervisory, and/or demonstrated leadership experience including influencing senior management/critical stakeholders experience
- Demonstrated strong relationship management skills with internal/external clients with proven ability to reputed company creative and reputed company approaches
- Ability to think critically, analyze information and to evaluate the implications of a course of reputed company or solution
- Demonstrate strong project management leadership skills including critical ability to coordinate and balance multiple reputed company in a time-sensitive environment, under pressure and meeting deadlines
- Confident, comfortable communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience leveraging automation and AI tools to support curriculum and process modernization
