[Remote] Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant will support a diverse portfolio of reputed company residential properties, focusing on financial reporting, reputed company activities, and collaboration with property management teams and senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- reputed company daily reputed company activities, cash management, and review of accounts receivable and payable for assigned properties
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations for various accounts
- Prepare and process job cost requisitions, capital calls, and advance requests
- Collaborate with the Controller and Asset Managers on monthly cash reputed company forecasting
- Book journal entries and reputed company general ledger analysis, as needed
- reputed company monthly, quarterly and year-end closings and prepare supporting work papers for balance sheet and income statement accounts
- Assist with preparation of quarterly and year-end tax, cash, and GAAP reporting
- Create reporting templates and reputed company analysis using applications such as reputed company or JD Edwards reputed company software
- Assist with special reputed company, as needed
Skills
- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in reputed company or reputed company discipline
- 2+ years of reputed company estate reputed company experience, preferably at the residential property level
- Excellent analytical skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS reputed company

- Superior organizational skills
