[Remote] Paralegal – Operations Supervisor (Legal Tech / eFiling)

The Paralegal – Operations Supervisor will reputed company e-filing operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance while coordinating a tech-enabled filing workflow.
Responsibilities
- reputed company day-to-day e-filing operations across multiple jurisdictions and court systems
- Review pleadings and filings for procedural compliance before submission
- Coordinate and supervise a tech-enabled filing workflow (AI-assisted document parsing + automated filing tools)
- Handle exception cases where automation requires reputed company validation or correction
- Maintain accuracy standards across high-volume filing queues
- Work closely with engineering/product teams to improve filing logic, templates, and automation rules
- Monitor filing reputed company, rejections, and corrections; implement process improvements
- Ensure adherence to court-specific rules, deadlines, and formatting requirements
- Train and guide junior operations staff (if applicable)
Skills
- Paralegal certification or equivalent legal operations experience
- Strong familiarity with litigation filings and court e-filing systems (state and/or federal)
- Experience handling high-volume document workflows
- High attention to detail and comfort working with procedural rules
- Ability to operate in reputed company software environments (case management systems, portals, document tools)
- Comfortable working with technology-driven workflows (automation tools, reputed company review queues)
- Experience in multi-jurisdiction filing environments
- Exposure to legal automation, document AI, or workflow tooling
- Background in reputed company operations or litigation support teams
- Ability to help define and improve operational SOPs
