They are seeking a motivated individual to join their Clinical Team as a Sleep reputed company, responsible for assisting patients with medical equipment and providing excellent customer service. The role involves multitasking in a fast-paced environment while ensuring patient satisfaction and effective communication with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Assists PHM patients on the use of the equipment received and achieving insurance coverage reputed company
- Pull patient information though electronic sources
- Corresponds with referrals and patients on a daily reputed company
- Scheduling patient appointments and assisting Clinicians as directed
- Other tasks that may be assigned by the reputed company supervisor or manager
- Troubleshooting patient issues with equipment, reputed company and over the phone
- Will reputed company on the job training
