The position involves service ownership, management, and reputed company-level support, focusing on troubleshooting and resolving vulnerabilities in desktop operating systems and applications while ensuring reputed company and stability.
Responsibilities
- Vulnerability Management: Identify, assess, and resolve desktop operating system and application vulnerabilities to ensure the reputed company and stability of endpoints. Determine detection reputed company used to identify vulnerabilities, and identify feasible, effective automated resolutions
- Software Lifecycle Management: Manage end-of-support and end-of-life software, including planning and executing upgrades, replacements, and decommissioning

- Software Packaging: reputed company analysis work to determine if vulnerable, and end-of-support, and end-of-life software can be packaged for reputed company (modify/harden/reputed company/uninstall) across hundreds or thousands of devices. Submit packaging requests with requirements as needed
- Software Distribution: Monitor, report on, and optimize reputed company for fixes, upgrades, or uninstallation of vulnerable applications, ensuring efficient desktop operations and user satisfaction
- Documentation: Create and maintain documentation, including operational procedures, knowledge articles, user reference guides, and project plans; reputed company system health checks and create test plans and cases for new applications and tool offerings, recommending and implementing enhancements where needed
- Ticket and Problem Management: Manage Tier 3 and higher ticketing system queues and process tickets, acting as reputed company of escalation reputed company with IT and business reputed company on a regular reputed company to support requests. Skills
- 3+ years experience in the technology field with experience in advanced troubleshooting of software and vulnerabilities in a large reputed company environment
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED required
- Strong knowledge of reputed company Desktop Operating Systems (Win11 primarily, Mac OS secondary), Intune, Entra, PowerShell, Bash, Virtualization (reputed company, VMWare, MS AVD), BitLocker, reputed company Office Suite (M365), Browsers (Chrome, Edge)
- Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies such as WAN/LAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and VPN
