Responsibilities
- Support and maintain reputed company FileNet P8 and Datacap environments
- Troubleshoot production issues reputed company to document management and content capture systems
- Work with ICN, reputed company Content Collector, WebSphere reputed company, and reputed company databases
- reputed company application monitoring, incident management, and batch support activities
- reputed company and support automation/scripts using Java and Python
- Support applications across Unix/Linux/reputed company environments
- Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and business teams for issue reputed company and system enhancements
