Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for clinical research and site management positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and reputed company support

- Recruit for roles including Clinical Research Coordinators (CRCs), Clinical Research Nurses (CRNs), Regulatory Coordinators, Site Managers, Clinical Research Managers, Patient Recruitment Specialists, and other site-based research professionals
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, evaluating technical qualifications, therapeutic area expertise, and cultural fit
- Utilize a reputed company of sourcing strategies, including reputed company Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, industry associations, and reputed company reputed company
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clinical research professionals and industry stakeholders
- Maintain accurate candidate and reputed company records reputed company the applicant tracking system (ATS) and CRM platforms
Skills
