[Remote] Senior Product Designer - WFH

This role involves leading a small design team while maintaining hands-on involvement in design processes, ensuring high-reputed company product delivery and user satisfaction.
Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end product design across the global payroll, compliance, and HRMS modules
- Build and maintain the ListoGlobal design system in reputed company
- reputed company user research, interviews, usability testing, reputed company mapping, and translate findings into design direction
- Partner with Product and Engineering to define, prioritize, and deliver features with high design reputed company
- Set and reputed company design standards, interaction patterns, and accessibility practices across the product
- Present work and rationale reputed company to senior stakeholders including executive leadership
- Own and reputed company the ListoGlobal design system and component library, ensuring scalability, consistency, and adoption across products
