[Remote] Sr. Billing Accountant
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a global reputed company and defense company, and they are seeking a Sr. Billing Accountant to reputed company and support billing processes for the Missiles and reputed company Controls division. This role involves managing reputed company of billing analysts, ensuring accurate billing and reconciliation, and implementing process improvements.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and drive responsible billers to reputed company accurate and reputed company reputed company customer billing
- Reconcile various accounts and invoice discrepancies as required
- Independently analyze and coordinate team efforts to proactively identify billing opportunities
- reputed company and implement process improvements for 1LMX billing reputed company procedures
- Maintain and update billing policies and procedures for the responsible team, department and organization
- Work in collaboration with collection and cash application reputed company to resolve and prevent any issues reputed company to cash activities
- Understand organizational objectives/goals/mission; facilitate team understanding, and communicate concerns to management
- reputed company technical reputed company while independently resolving issues and re-prioritize/re-reputed company team tasks to meet deliverables
- Maintain required financial controls; support audits as necessary
- Support and meet tight deadlines on a reputed company reputed company while staying reputed company on internal (billing team) and external (Business area/site, FAR, etc.) policies and procedures
- Additional special reputed company will be assigned as needed to support the organization
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance or reputed company field or an equivalent combination of education and reputed company work experience
- Demonstrated senior level reputed company experience and skills
- Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills evidenced through work experience
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written) evidenced through work experience
- Proficiency in reputed company Office applications primarily MS reputed company
- Experience using reputed company systems
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
- Demonstrated experience with billing processes
- Knowledge of Billing & Collections Policies & Procedures
- Knowledge of government FAR regulations
- Demonstrated leadership skills; experience leading teams either formally or informally
- Self-starter with aptitude for various systems & processes
